We sometimes get asked by clients whether we can conduct ‘competitor’ analysis of their own business. Why do clients ask for this, when they already know their own business? It can be useful alongside analysis of competitors, as it provides a like-for-like comparison for competitive benchmarking, conducted by the same research vendor.
